We are happy to announce one of the newest additions which can be found in every publisher’s profile page: the virtual flyer!  You will notice a new icon located under every one of your listings, which will bring you to that listing’s Virtual Flyer page.

What is the Virtual Flyer?

The virtual flyer is a dynamically generated flyer you can use to make your property stand out amongst buyers looking in online classifieds.  When you view the Virtual Flyer for a listing, you will notice there are three different sections:

1. The HTML Code: This is the code you will need to copy and paste into the classified to make it look like the virtual flyer.
2. The Property Overview: This is an overview of the main details of a property. It allows you to quickly copy and paste property details into your classified entry.
3. The Preview Area: This is where you can see how your virtual flyer will look.

What Will The Virtual Flyer Do For You?

The virtual flyer will provide your classified ad with a level of professionalism that is rarely seen with people selling real estate in online classifieds.  All you need to do is copy and paste everything in the HTML Code section from the Virtual Flyer page into the classified and you are all set!

Where Will The Virtual Flyer Work?

The virtual flyer will only work on classified sites that accept HTML, such as CraigsList.

Another thing to keep in mind is the various elements of the virtual flyer.  You will notice that some classified sites may remove various parts from the virtual flyer.  This occurs because the classified site may not allow certain attributes that the virtual flyer uses.  So, if your virtual flyer on a classified site does not look exactly like it does in your profile, you will know it has to do with the classified’s HTML limitations.
