We have just unveiled the new Virtual Marketing Assistant, which is now accessible for every premium listing in every publisher’s profile page!

The goal of the Virtual Marketing Assistant is to provide you with an organized, centralized source to help you learn about, utilize and record popular methods of online real estate marketing.  It can really be broken down into 2 main categories: the Manual Distribution channels and the Automatic Distribution channels.

The Manual Distribution Channels:

All the manual distribution channels are free to use and take minimal time to complete with the help of the link shortcuts.  Taking advantage of these distribution channels is easy and can be done in 3 steps:

1. Click the Show Me How link under each column to watch a short step-by-step video on how to utilize the chosen distribution channel.
2. Click the appropriate link in the Virtual Marketing Assistant to access the tool(s) and use them as described in the step-by-step video.
3. Click the I Did It button to record when you completed the distribution channel for the desired listing.

Utilizing and recording these manual distribution channels will help you remember when you completed each channel for each listing.  It can also be used to show clients what you have accomplished for them!

The Automated Distribution Channels:

These are the channels that we at RealeFlix take care of for each of your premium listings.  Here, we will distribute them to our channels across various video and social networks, as well as make them accessible on mobile devices through RealeFlix HomeCast.  With the Automated Distribution Channels, you will be notified through the Virtual Marketing Assistant when each each channel is completed for each of your premium listings.
