Recently, some of you may have noticed a couple of changes in your profiles when it comes to renewing your listings.  Now, instead of renewing each listing one at a time, you now have the opportunity to renew as few or as many of your listings all at once, at any time.

This is a great enhancement and time-saver for everyone compared to our old system.  In addition, the process has been simplified by applying a generic renewal time of 1 year for every listing you choose to renew.  So, whenever you decide to renew a listing, 1 year will be added to that listing’s current expiration date (not the date you renew on) to provide you with maximum listing duration.

This new enhancement and single-step renewal process has also allowed us to remove the Professional Package option from the site.  Since the main reason for the Professional Pack was to provide real estate professionals with a one-step renewal  interface, it is now no longer needed.  Our enhanced renewal process now provides a one-step renewal interface for everyone, no matter what package they purchase.
