We have just set up an exciting new feature called SocialLinx, which is now available for listings to help boost your viewership!

You will notice a new feature in the Listing Details section of each listing called “Share Listing”.  It is pointed out in the screenshot below:

Upon clicking this link, anyone viewing your listing will have the option of performing widespread distribution of your listing to all of their friends, family, peers and anyone else who they think would enjoy your listing.

Keep in mind, this is more than just simple emailing! Now only will users be able to email your listing to their entire address books from top email hosting companies (Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail),  but they will also have the option of distributing your listing across their social networks, personal blogs, and more!

To make it even better, all of the messages are automatically created based on your listing’s details, so the user’s don’t even need to write any messages. They just need to log into their accounts through the tool and send it out to all their contacts!

The following lists how viewers can massively distribute your listings across their favorite platforms and networks:

Email: All a user has to do is enter their username and password and the tool will return their entire address book.  They can then simply check everyone they want to send your listing to and with a click of a button, quickly notify their address book contacts via email.

Bookmark: Taking advantage of the popular trend of social bookmarking, viewers are able to quickly bookmark your listings in a variety of top social bookmarking services for others to check out.

Social: Viewers can now quickly share your listing across top social networking platforms such as MySpace, Facebook and Twitter for all their friends and peers to see!

Blog: If a viewer has their own blog and wants to share your listing with their readers, they can effortlessly do it through here.

CMS: Short for “Content Management System”, people with these types of websites now have the option of sharing your listing quickly and easily to all of their website visitors.

IM: Short for “Instant Messaging”, people can now send share your listing to all of their contacts in popular instant messaging platforms like Google Talk, AOL Instant Messenger and MSN Messenger!

As you can imagine, this can deliver floods of people to view your listings!  That being said, to make the most of this service, you need to make sure that your video tours are engaging, informative and make viewers want to share it with all their contacts and networks.
